We went on a dinner cruise by the bay to celebrate Ate Cathy’s 33rd birthday. It was a great experience. While waiting to board, of course we took advantage of the photo opportunity with seaside as the background.
The view of the sea and the sky overhead is perfect for couple photos.
And not only that, it is also great for solo pics.
We dined at the lower deck which has an airconditioning system. There were halloween decors hanging from the ceiling because it was October 29. The tables were set like in catering services with blue as motif.
There were 3-4 main dishes and some desserts. After eating, we went out to enjoy the view of the sea by the front deck and also explored the upper deck where we even got the chance to perform a song. Of course, we continued capturing moments here.
I loved the cold sea breeze and relaxing feeling while sailing and listening to some acoustic music played at the upper deck. They did covers of songs like Rather Be by Clean Bandit and Clarity by Zedd. We also got the chance to watch SM Mall of Asia’s fireworks display from here.
Overall, the experience was amazing.

Tips:
When someone’s celebrating their birthday, the usual go-to’s are restaurants, malls, movies, concerts and amusement parks. You might want to try this for a change.
Suggestions:
For dates, I imagine it better if they place music from the old era like (I Love You) for Sentimental Reasons by Linda Ronstadt or L-O-V-E by Nat King Cole to make it feel classy and romantic ala Elizabeth James and Nick Parker date on the RMS Queen Elizabeth II Cruise Ship. Ah.. ❤
